I am shocked what poor quality Cole Haan is. You did an amazing job. Lastly the cleanliness of your shop is amazing
ОтветитьI am 75 and I remember when Cole Hahn and Florsheim Imperial were very good shoes,. So sad
ОтветитьThey're now what they should have been.
ОтветитьWow! All the different tools during the upgrade-- amazing! Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьEnjoyed it someone got a great life time loafer
ОтветитьThey are actually nice now. I’d pay 250.00-300.00 for those puppies now.
ОтветитьYou knocked these out of the park
ОтветитьCole Haan shoes are not "cheap". They are high end shoes . The title of this video is bullshit.
ОтветитьBasically, how Cole Haan used to be made decades ago.....
ОтветитьWhere can I buy these shoes cause I have a fit that would go perfectly with them
ОтветитьI like 💕
Ответитьwoa perfect work
Ответитьamazing work
ОтветитьWho is on here defending Cole Hann shoes ???? 😂😂🤣
ОтветитьExcellent work on this Cole Haan shoe, Trenton. Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьThis is amazing!
ОтветитьIs there any shoe parts supply store to get stuff?
ОтветитьI love these videos. Just wish they would include the price or an “estimated” price for whatever service they show in the video
ОтветитьCole Faux shoe
ОтветитьWould be fun to return the shoes to goodwill, for an unexpectant customer.
ОтветитьThese shoes will still have corrected grain leather uppers i.e. genuine leather.
ОтветитьNo wonder Cole Haan seemed clunky. I gave mine away and switched to Johnston and Murphy. Now I’m getting into the higher end shoes.
ОтветитьI have a pair of Too Boot New York that Color just curious. What are you using to shine the shoes? Because I want to make the same purchase.
ОтветитьDo you smell deep inside the used shoes before buying them?
ОтветитьDon't you mend women's shoes?
ОтветитьFrom personal experience, I'm not complaining about Cole Haan loafers I owned. They were stylish, good looking, lightweight, pleasant to wear. They were non-repairable - but they were cheap. They don't last for a century - nor do I. It was good trade-off. My only regret is I wasn't able to find the same model after two years, I wish I bought extra pair.
ОтветитьSponcer: just heath, eat and trenton!
ОтветитьThat's amazing. These look incredible.
ОтветитьWhat if you wanted to remove the "welt" and add a gemming and Goodyear welt? I know the cost would be close to or more then a new pair of Goodyear welted shoes, but just curious.
ОтветитьIs that cork slurry how they make a birkinstock footbed?
ОтветитьThey’re beautiful. How much?
ОтветитьDude I would get my money back for that haircut 😂
Ответить😂🥰👍kupchak language English fat support industry his people
ОтветитьThey may not use "higher quality" techniques, but they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased and I've had mine for several years and they still look amazing.
ОтветитьHomie, been watching you for years. I’m a straight man, so no, nothing against gay peeps ( my daughter is gay and I support her 100 trillion percent) but you’re a freaking handsome man, and any women (or man) would be glad to even catch your attention
ОтветитьExcellent video. Very informative and entertaining.
ОтветитьHow much will this cost. I have many Cole haan which I stop wearing and using Allen Edmond. But my Cole haan always lasted a while are still in good shape. Can I get them upgraded at your place?
ОтветитьVery nice, what’s the cost?
ОтветитьThat's my brand of shoe. I wear Cole Haans, Eccos, Clarks, Vans, and Nikes. Most Cole Haans are made better than that pair.
ОтветитьYou should do a “Vinted” or “DePop” series where you set a $10 budget for a pair of shoes to upgrade. I got a decent pair of dress shoes for £8 (almost new), obviously not fantastic build quality but I’d rather pay £8 than £85 (RRP) for pair of shoes that I’m not going to get years of wearing out of them.
However, it would be cool to see what you guys could do with them
The stitch on the sole is not "just for decorative purposes". It is there because Cole Haan wants to trick the buyer into believing this is a Goodyear welted shoe. As of course it is not, it is a FRAUD.
ОтветитьHey Trenton and Heath, Cole Han fan here. Trust me when I tell you I am a die hard fanatic for Blake or Goodyear welts (real ones )however, we Nike Cole Han Fans like the shoe because They do best at BEING SNEAKERS DISGUISED AS DRESS SHOES.and are Best for inclement weather, and you can still look sharp. That is the only reason why I like them anyway. And I suspect that anyone else who are into classic men wear would feel the same. No they are not a real shoe and nor are they supposed to be. they are only supposed to look like a real shoe and they do this really well. so when you take them and actually turn them into real shoes, you defeat the purpose of them and now those aren’t gonna be worn in the rain
ОтветитьCan we buy any shoes you repair that are not owned or left behind?
ОтветитьLoafers shoes can tap dance now guys ok me
ОтветитьI love Cole Haan! Only shoes I've worn the past 5 years. Have been amazing to me.
Ответитьi love this. I think its cool to show what you can thrift and upcycle, give life to things we have sitting around or things you can find to get into a better pair of shoes.
ОтветитьVery nice I own lace up Cole Haans, I'm pleased with them, but I was educated about their construction, thank you. By the way your hair cut it's a very nice fade, you wear it well. Happy New Year to you all. Enjoyed the video.
ОтветитьI have virtually that exact same pair of Cole Haans, also found at Goodwill! I absolutely loved them EXCEPT for the horrible sole construction. What would it cost for me to send them to you to do the same restoration/reconstruction, minus the bluing?
ОтветитьSo what are some really good leather conditioners?
