Motionvfx has a terrible system. I've just signed up for a 14 day trial and needed to put payment details. Then lo and behold I get charged straight away. WTF ! Then I keep asking for my account verification email but it never arrives. I received the payment invoice no problem. What about the kicker! There is no way to contact them.....OMG, you recommend these guys? They have n awful system and awful customer service. Maybe think of someone else to promote.

They should offer both. They're get new customers on the subscriptions and those long time loyal customers will still be happy as buyers. I bought mTracker 3D and a bunch of expansion packs. I feel as though in good faith, I should be able to buy the two new expansion packs. The same holds true for mFilm Look. I paid for it, offer me the expansion as a purchase. That's called good faith

If they stop allowing purchases, they'll lose some loyal customers. Maybe they don't care, but I won't buy. The good news is, I own a lot already and can do pretty. much all I need

At least we have DaVinci Resolve. Motion VFX has not only shot themselves in the foot but also sent a large number of people to Blackmagic were these tools are free. I won't be subscribing to this cash grab.

Good tools but the pricing is outrageous imo. $288 per year when Final Cut itself is a $299 one-off payment. As others have mentioned, these tools are also free in Resolve. Pricing is absurd.

Ist outrageous that as a loyal customer who already owns all the plugins coming with Cine Studio have to subsyto even get updates. You say we get 3 mouths free in return. Well. That a somplete scam after buying over 2000 of MVFX plugins. I am furious at MVFX and very disappointed you promote this scam.

What happens when someone already possesses a majority of the plugins included in the 3D plan? MotionVFX's recent offering of a mere extra three months for those opting for the annual plan feels quite dismissive, especially to dedicated customers who have spent thousands of dollars over the years. This sentiment is widely shared and echoed by many on their social media platforms. There's no questioning the quality of MotionVFX's plugins; they are indeed exceptional. However, this recent strategy from MotionVFX is disappointing. It seems beneficial for new customers, understandably, but it overlooks the patrons who have shown long-term loyalty.
