How to Use the Elementor Kit Library

If you are having any issues finding or connecting to the Template Library, please make sure you've updated to the latest version of Elementor and have activated this feature by going to Elementor > Settings > Experiments > Import/Export Template Kit.

One of your free templates, the "DRY CLEANING" one isn't installing, I thought it was my site delete and restart all but the other templates do work, so is it specifically that one, not sure if only with me or a bigger bug. Just wanted to let you know

For those who can't find it, Import/Export, it's under "tools."

Is this up to date? Because the installed kit does not show up anywhere in the library. And Settings>Experiments doesn't exist. But you can find Experiments under Settings>Features, although there is nothing under that section about kits. I can find Import/Export Kits under Tools, and it does show the supposedly installed kit. But again, none of the pages from the kit show up in the library.

What original theme are you using for the kits to look exactly the same ??

I've tried this, every single kit is out of wack, images are super zoomed it, menu items are too large it takes 3 lines - menu items show old kits that I tried like I see the new menu item btu when I click it shows a previous kit page which I cannot located in pages - so where is this page coming from? OMG I've opened a an of worms

I want to update my website using an Elementor kit but, I'm very anxious about losing my existing content when the kit is applied. You touched upon this towards the end of the video but, not in sufficient detail for someone who is not very experienced at this process. When downloading the kit, does it automatically overwrite my live website or can I build my new website in the background before going live and replacing the current website pages?

how do i undue the addition of the template? I messed up my existing website pretty bad.

I am on an Elementor Pro- Expert subscription and when I visit the Template Kits from within my Dashboard it opens the template options but on the Pro and Export templates it says Go Pro...it won't let me download/import them. Any suggestions?

why when i do like u its make me other active theme on wordpress like astra?

It takes a very long time
and then I read Something went wrong
TRY AGAIN
and I do
and get the same result

This is outdated material, none of these settings exist any longer.

No matter what I do i get this message "Elementor is not authorized to read or write from this file. Contact your site host." and they say it is a known problem by you.

How do you undo a kit application?

This is not working on any of my sites, No widgets or content loads Its crazy. Tried 4 times to get you guys to fix this and I am still waiting. I have used El for 4 years and this is what I get?

I get an error every time I try to apply the kit even though I have a pro license. It says "Something went wrong.
Nothing to worry about, just try again. If the problem continues, head over to the Help Center." I did that and still can't fix the issue.

Why do I keep getting "there went something wrong". I noticed that when applying a kit via library you get logged out and can't I add the kit. But I did manage to add one kit by logging in via Wordpress, go to the kit library and add the first best kit you see. When trying again and going to the kit I really want it keeps giving me the error. Going back to Wordpress I see I was logged out (no My Elementor is seen on the right top corner). Experienced people would understand what Im talking about. Unfortunately your "premium support" is not there to help...

I have a pro account and have updated all the necessary plugins but as soon as I hit "Apply Kit" I get the following pop up message: "Connect to Template Library . Access this template and our entire library by creating an account" with the options "Cancel" and "Get Started" with the latter option taking me to a page that states "Cannot create user" even though I'm already signed in to both my personal website and Elementor's. Any suggestions?

Despite having an Elementor Pro - Expert subscription, I don't have the option to apply a "Pro" kit. When I select a kit template that I like, I'm presented with the "Go Pro" option, which then redirects me to the Elementor site subscriptions page. Any idea why this is happening?
