Thanks alot for your wonderful information the problem I have is on may 19 USCIS say they will send me a request for additional evidence by june 3 on my mailing address but I didn't see it still now....and on June 8 went I checked my case status they said that they scheduled an interview for me which will be send by notice and I don't understand please I need your help or explanations

I just checked my case on line today being 6/17/2022 and I saw I-485 Is Dined. After doing my Biometrics on March 2021. I’m still waiting for my letter.

Do you know how long on average does it take USCIS to respond/approve a case after a RFE, I had submitted it over 5 months ago and I have not gotten a response even though I checked the status and they have received it and it currently says it is being reviewed?

Hello,we have filed for adjustment of status usa , we got a RFE for form i-864 since we didn’t attach with i-485 form. my concern is since we finished our medical examination and got the sealed packet of i-693 can we send this packet along with RFE for i-864 packet to the same address.??

Hello, I recently received NOID for my i140 for EB3. Noid was for inability to pay. My situation is, a new company formed july 2020, i got approval of h1b in may 2021, Filed i140 a month after h1b approval in June 2021, and received NOID inability to pay. The company had negative tax filing due to being new company. Have already received 1employee i140 in feb 2021. but mine is noid. My question what options i have to response this NOID for successful approval. The company net asset is $0. I am being paid more than prevailing wage. Planing to responding back with more paystub-- is that the only option i have. do i have any other alternative. i appreciate your suggestion to gain approval. thanks for suggestion.

I love the perfect explanation,l on you tu e about RFE,Pls I am almost in the same shoe,my application was denied because USCIS claim we never responded to RFE(Petitional Proof of Citizenship & Divorce) which we responded the 2nd week we got the letter,Suddenly after 3 months  my application was denied and was advice I can ONLY do i-290b,which I did since May/2021,no response till now,Pls my 2 questions are  -


1,will A.A.O reopen my Case and approve it or reopen and still send back to USCIS for further checks


2,Should I continue waiting or  refile new application ?

I been in the US for 20 years and finally last year I decided to apply for citizenship, had my interview 2 days ago and everything went well but at the end I was told that they will send me an for at home and I need to respond with evidence

My daughter applied for( H4) EAD. They sent a letter for RFE. She sent it within 2days. Postal department informed her on Thursday evening that parcel has reached its destination. Friday morning USCIS informed(on web site) your request was denied ... What does it mean. Is it denied ?

government letterhead stating the reason that the applicant's birth record does not exist. Any foreign language
