The President of Unknown Worlds APPROVED My Interview about Subnautica 2.. Then Subnautica 2 LEAKED.

Just when i finished my interview about Subnautica 2 the best and worst thing happened, Subnautica 2 leaked and i was lucky enough to have a dev on call to talk about it! There's a whole new world waiting for us and we'll be learning a lot more through this year! Big thank you to everyone who asked questions, I couldn't realistically get to them all (There were thousands) because of video time and then with the leak a lot had to be cut down as many questions got answered in an even better way tbh with seeing confirmed things :)

You should've asked if we were gonna see any of the old leviathans.

Maybe we'll see 4546b in the sky, and maybe we'll be on the planet we seen in the sky before. Loosely based off what he said about being able to tell we are on a different planet by looking at the sky.

So much data, as i heard there will be many submarines and he said the map will be very big, which also means that the size of the subs is probably much or at least a little bigger than the existing cyclops

I honestly would adore to have a mount or pet feature for some of the creatures. I think being able to tame certain creatures (most likely not leviathans) would add some interesting features to the gameplay

by the look of the submarine i would like to guess its an escape pod of some kind, because it has handles on it like sea truck compartments so maybe it can be placed back into it if it survives

Pla clarify this in video comments (other videos too if you see confusion), so that ppl don't get disappointed:
Multiplayer and co-op mode aren't the same.
Multiplayer means multiple people can play, mainly competitively with each other or against each other.
Co-op (cooperative) is a game that allows players ( usually 2 to 4) to work together as teammates.

Subnautica will have co-op mode.

Only 1 question i gave was answered but the rest was just not intentional but when heard one question about the void i had my hopes up but in reality my question to get answered were slim but i understand why but if there's going to be another one i hope i would have a chance to get answered ( except the co-op ).

I wonder about terraforming the environment since the engine is better it might be able to support more customisation of the world
