I just completed watching your video and you made this very clear and easy to understand. What if I have Linux Zorin on my computer which was once windows 10? I converted over and want to go back to windows 10. I did this on my laptop. I did mess up the BIOS and put in a very strong password but lost it. You mention in your video that it can be done with any OS. I do have a factory windows 10 and would very much like to reinstall it. Can I still do it using the CMD even though it is supposedly the ZORIN OS? I hope I made myself clear in explaining my situation. I look forward to your response.😊

ioperm.sys is already installed.
StartService function call failed.

then i run cmos_win /k again and im in the loop

what about in PC? Could it also done on windows 10 pc?

It didn't work. According to Grenier (cmospwd creator), laptops store Bios pwd i eeprom not cmos. He says to remove the Bios hardware (chip) with heatgun, set in new chip. Another says remove main battery & small, circular battery, & drain laptop of all power. I'll try that; not my pc.

Bios PWD protected on HP Ltp. NVMe 256 G drive inaccessible. No access to windows. I can boot to thumb drive. Can I put dis into thumb drive and load this program onto the same thumb drive and run it that way to reset Bios?
