Really good tutorial. I wanted to ask about one thing though. I tend to struggle with my tongue retracting back especially with the more open vowels (a, o). What do I do about that? Luckily at least I got it to not hurt at all while practicing.

ok so.... um i think I must have a hidden talent because I pretty much found them right off the bat and now I can pretty much replicate Mongolian throat singing like I have been doing it my whole life LOL. I'm a bit freaked out to be honest lol

I‘ve been watching tons of Kargyraa and False Cord tutorials. Been struggling for weeks to instantly go into the Kargyraa vibration. Sometimes I spend hakf an hour finding it, sometimes I didn‘t find it at all. Now with the „S“ and „Z“ Tip I‘m there in miliseconds. Thanks so much ♥️
