I broke my 3.20 version device, downloaded the fake web browser, ran the debug setting in the same way, but can I download games easily like on PS4? The games I will upload anyway are old games.

I hear more and more often that despite "do not update", there is no rational reason to stay with version 3.20. That's true? Since everyone who is actively working is most often on 4.03+, I guess the chance that I will receive any benefit from waiting is pointless, because there is no one to work for it, right?
