How to enable full-screen Start menu in Windows 10 Insider desktop mode

Me hace mucha falta algo que podia hacer en windows 8. era desquitarme cerrando las aplicaciones deslizando con todas mis fuersas mi dedo hacia abajo en la pantalla, algunos diran que se puede hacer en windows 10 con el tablet mode, pero no es lo mismo sin el metro de windows 8.

You need to activate Windows 10 to do this.
To activate Windows 10, you need a Key.
What if you have no activation Key?
