the physical card takes 7 days to dispatch (to make the card) i ordered the card 7 days before travel received it only after i left the country. DONT bielieve that you will get it in 5 days, its is mentioned in the app that it takes 7-14 days.

Dont ever go for Niyo global/equitas bank for forex card, you will regret it 100%. very bad customer experience. They kept my money on hold for no reason and the timeline for resolution is 61 days. They look amazing from outside, but their service is pathetic. Most of the reels/YT videos are sponsored. Already filled a complaint against them on RBI portal.

There is a minimum balance to maintain Rs 50000 . I u go for zero bal acc, uneed to pay a markup of 2.5% . Also u hav to wait 30 days to get marup fee refund

Markup fee is only charged if you do cross currency payments or else no fee is charged. For example if your base currency is yen loaded in the card and you try to use usd which is not loaded then 3.5 to 5% is levied or else no fee , even at pos transactions no fee. The only fee is when you use the atms.
