I’m glad I’ve found your video
Thank you greatly for this
Ответитьjust had an awful attack. I thought I was dying. checked my heart rate and hit 147 sitting. This is just awful. thanks for this
ОтветитьMy anxiety and growing phobias sometimes are to much to bear living anymore. Please never take this video down. It may be the only thing keeping me going
ОтветитьI want to be anxiety free. How do I do that?
ОтветитьI am alone and I felt as if I was being hugged and in such a safe place. Thank you so much for making this video. I am always going to come back to this when I get panic attacks and anxiety attacks. My anxiety gets so bad out of nowhere that I feel that I am going to faint while driving. Sometimes when I am laying down if I close my eyes I feel as if I am going to fall off a cliff. I get headaches and I feel extreme pressure on my forehead. I feel there is something wrong with me . This video really helped me feel safe and even though I still feel the headache I can tell you that I feel so much better I don’t feel like I need to go to the ER anymore and I feel that I will be ok. Thank you for this video truly. I wish I could hug you back the way you were holding me as I was listening to you.
ОтветитьTwo months down the line.I am doing better. However,I have just had a panic attack. This is really helping me.😕😕😢😢
ОтветитьNot sure if I have panic or anxiety attacks. For 12 years I've struggled with random sudden bouts of very intense/extreme fear of losing control of my thoughts and emotions. Feelings that I am trapped and have to escape from wherever I am at that moment. Sometimes feels like my surroundings are closing in on me. Feels like I need to run and get away immediately or I will go crazy. Got to get out and get away NOW. Almost always happens when I feel physically confined or in confined spaces. Like I'm going to panic and I can't stop the feelings and thoughts. I start to feel physically hot, heart races, and get short of breath as if I may suffocate. I want to get outside to open spaces to feel better, but I've felt this even outside sometimes. I also struggle with claustrophobia. For example, it's happened when I've gotten a hair cut sitting in the chair, getting a CT scan of my abdomen where you go in the tube and your entire body is in except your head, temporarily stuck on a roller coaster, waiting in the hospital bed for a procedure, lying back in the dentist's chair and during the dental procedure, getting my hearing tested in a small sound booth, being stuck in a long traffic jam, being surrounded in large crowds (especially if they get loud), if I'm in a small very warm room with the door closed, the thought of being on an airplane where I couldn't escape if I have one of my attacks, and even in my own bed lying there that I need to get up and away. If I can, I try to get out of the barber's chair or wherever I happen to be, find a bathroom and rub cold water on my face and even chest and legs. It's to the point If I have something coming up like a dentist's appointment or similar situation I make sure to have my hair cut short so my head doesn't get hot and wear loose fitting clothing and short socks or no socks to help prevent getting hot. There's something about getting hot. I have bad allergies and major sinus and breathing problems anyway, so it's already hard to breathe when I'm feeling good. Combine that with these attacks and it's a nightmare. These are terrifying and paralyzing. I find myself having anxiety and worried about the next time one of these episodes may happen. Even now talking about it makes me stressed. It seems silly and ridiculous. What on earth am I afraid will happen? I don't know. All I know is when this happens I lose control. I can't think myself out of it. Logic goes out the window. Nothing bad has ever happened from these attacks, but I still continue to have them. I am determined to overcome this. My heart goes out to anyone who struggles with similar feelings. You are not alone.
ОтветитьThis video always helps me
ОтветитьWhy does it always trick you into thinking this time its different, this time im really going mad.. But there is no threat, no reason to fear. But the fear is here so Ill welcome it in. Stay as long as you want, i dont care.

ОтветитьIve had panic attacks for years but they would always be at night, so id wake up completely unable to breathe and feel like im about to die. But ive now started having them randomly throughout the day and they last for ages. Its like a constant feeling of something really bad about to happen. I really struggle to control them.
ОтветитьThanks!

ОтветитьThank you so so much. I’m 18 and suffer from a Panic attack disorder, and being so new to the adulting world feels scary, and especially difficult when I have to go outside and suffer a panic attack. It makes me feel so exhausted and tired, and scared. This helps me feel less alone, and helps bring me back down to earth so I can do what I have to. I hope one day to have better control over this but until then I will come back to this❤❤❤❤❤

ОтветитьYou’re helping me battle a severe panic attack. I feel like I’m dying but I know it was brought on by weed and it will pass logically, but I’m really scared I’m having an allergic reaction or something. Ugh it’s scary.
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
Ответитьwow this literally calmed me down from a panic attack thank u so much i thought i was dying
Ответитьbeen having consistent anxiety for the last month. ive struggled to make it to my college classes in fear i wouldn't be able to get home or find somewhere calm, and my current medications dont help. Every night I've been terrified that if i fall asleep, i won't wake up. This video made me feel the closest thing to normal that I've had in weeks, and that means so much.
ОтветитьThis really helped ❤
Also appreciate the comments — and how we are all ok — human — feeling supported and less alone.
