ОтветитьSilly people have issues with kids playing near Mom. Seeing you pregnant and that you've already experienced labor is a big green flag to me! Plus they're cute and well behaved.
ОтветитьThis was great! I have just been doing butterflies to stretch but this is so much better. Also, all those people saying it's unprofessional that you have your children in your videos can go pound sand. You're literally a pregnant mom doing stretches for delivery.
ОтветитьThank you for doing a stretching video and not a yoga video. I think most people associate yoga as stretching but as a Christian, practicing yoga is considered worshiping Hindu gods because that’s essentially what it is. Anyways I appreciate this video so much!

ОтветитьHi Ashley! When I do the side lying stretches at the end where your leg is up in the air, I find that the hips and glutes of my opposite leg cramp up. Do you have any recommendations for this? I guess I should probably be including this routine a couple times a week :)

ОтветитьEnjoyed this! I'm 14 weeks pregnant right now. However, in my first trimester, I was deathly afraid of a natural birth, but after some research, I believe natural is best. I just have to put in the work;starting with these stretches.

Also, i love that you embrace real life with kids running amok sometimes - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING UNPROFESIONAL in that! ОтветитьNormally, I don’t usually leave comments, but I honestly need to thank you so much for this exercise. It’s incredibly effective and helpful. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant, and my body feels completely full of gas and acid, making me feel the urge to vomit, and I still need to, even after so many weeks.
This exercise helps a lot in releasing the tension around my hips and legs. Thank you so much, and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
