You look so beautiful in your recovery, and more than anything you look so much brighter and happier in yourself❤ It really looks like the stress and lack of energy sapped you of a lot of your joy when the disease had control
Christmas is quite a difficult time for me, and I needed to see this video so thank you for sharing!!🥰
Girl you're absolutely GLOWING 😍
ОтветитьI've been following some very skinny girl video and everytime i vomited afterwards.

ОтветитьI feel like I'm starting to develop anorexia because I sometimes starve myself so that I will stay skinny and I have fear foods like cheese, milk, chocolate, eggs, etc...

Ответитьi’ve been watching you ever since you uploaded this video, because i was struggling with the same thing at that time. I love seeing how much you have recovered over the years <3
ОтветитьAs someone with misophonia, thank you so much for muting your chewing! 🥹
ОтветитьYou looked better before you went into recovery
ОтветитьI watched your first videos! I'm so happy for u
ОтветитьThis video actually made me cry. I relate so deeply to everything you described about recovery. I also feel sad for myself in the beginning of my recovery remembering how good certain foods tasted that should have been so normal. Thank you for sharing your experience and helping those of us who are also recovering feel less alone <3
Ответитьomg i totaly forgot i used to watch you and saw this video pop up and ijust wanted to say you look so much happier and helthier now, im soo happy for your recovery and i know will get only stronger <33 much love

Ответитьgirl you look better and better in every video and not just outside <3
ОтветитьI watched your video when you had an ed, and I followed your journey for a bit. I just thought of you and I’m so proud you’ve recovered you look so beautiful❤️🌸
ОтветитьI clicked on this out of curiosity and kinda unsure if i should watched it bc i haven’t engaged in any ed/ed recovery content in YEARS but seeing the first comparison of eating that cereal made me tear up :’) it’s a long journey but it’s so beautiful seeing how much you glow and the light in your face/eyes im proud of you and thankful you made this video !
ОтветитьMy goodness! You are so beautiful Ro! I know your journey was/is a process with days that are difficult, but your understanding, acceptance and path to a happier feeling of peace with all of this is a wonderful thing to see. :-)
ОтветитьI remember a bit over a year ago i was struggling with anorexia and i watched your videos to cope, they helped a lot and helped me in recovery, i still struggle so much even though i'm healthy weight i want to have a good mindset again, i love the way you think about everything, im turning 15 in 2 days which i exciting and i really want to move on completely, if you have any tups that would help a lot,❤❤
ОтветитьI've never struggled with anorexia (just other forms of ED) but some of my closest friends in high school had severe cases and watching this made me feel like I have a clearer understanding of what their reality looked like and how this disorder is so much more complex than just 'thinking you're fat'. The first friend who told me she'd been out of school because of it, I gave the typical response of "what, how is that possible, you aren't fat!!" and then I began to educate myself more, so by the time the second friend told me what she'd been going through, I responded with compassion and an open mind rather than just reacting from my own perspective, and she was surprised and grateful that I didn't give that "but you're not fat!" response like her other friends had. Those experiences had already solidified for me that this was something deeper that I just couldn't understand, but seeing you in video from two years ago and even learning about the idea of 'fear foods' were things they never would have been able to articulate, and it all makes that much more sense now why the 'but you're not fat!' reaction is so unhelpful.
Thank you for making this.
you look gorgeous!!
ОтветитьYou have done so well!!! ❤❤❤ you deserve love and health and happiness ❤
ОтветитьYou are such an amazing woman, I got a courage from your videos :) Love from Korea
ОтветитьI love mushrooms. I love the video, but i really wanna try those shroomdogs. I don't have an ED, I just genuinely love the look of that pasta. I'd probbaly add a bit of cream and some more spices. Also I prefer Vidalia onions/sweet yellow onions. Also that coffee just sounded rancid. I made the mistake of getting one of those syrups in pumpkin spice flavour, it was so bad. I ended up having to find a recipe to make my own or wait till Halloween to get pumpkin spice creamer. Also sour dough is so good. My family couldnt afford "fancy" bread growing up and now I'm an adult, i can buy my own...now I can't eat that bland sliced bread. Especially since I live in America. Also, I love Nesquik. I get the mexican fresca (strawberry) flavour, but if I am having stomach issues (got some digestive issues, there are days where I literally cannot eat and actually get really sick), if I get those issues I'll make a "smoothie" with the Breakfast Essentials some frozen fruit and some cocunut milk. Still a struggle to eat, but so yummy. Just wish my digestive track didn't go crazy. Can't sleep tonight because I'm having some massive heartburn and nausea. Had to take a Tums. Had a CT scan the other day and I dont think my body liked the contrast solution. Idk. Also a bit stressed with Idalia headed my way. Got bags packed and I'll be staying with family tomorrow. We both live inland, but with how big the storm is, it's a bit stressful. Especially since I live in a mobile home. A mobile home that seems to attract storms. It could be peaceful blue skies everywhere else, and then it'll be a monsoon only over where I live. There also was a massive 2 alarm fire in the community next to mine so a lots been happening. Could use some words of encouragement.
Ответитьomg i havent watch you in like a year or more and seeing you now - you look so beautiful and changed omg! im so happy for you to get healthy and happy!
Ответитьyou are literally glowing rn. so brave!
Ответитьahh avocado! i loved avocado growing up and then i became anorexic. when i was recovering my money would make a sandwich out of a 6ft baguette and two smashed avocados and force feed it to me every morning for breakfast. the back of my head was like "this is delicious" but the irrational ED part of my brain which was the most prominent at the time was having a full blow panic attack. i was crying, screaming, ready to k-word myself over some bread and avocado. but my mom would not let me leave until the whole thing was eaten. thankfully many years later, i can happily eat my avocado toast without feeling like im about to die lol.
