Also thanks for showing me the figure four stretch standing because I usually can't do that in sitting or pigeon because my hips just won't allow and I usually roll my eyes when it's time do these stretches. 🤣

ОтветитьHave been doing a few of your exercises and will be trying this one after work as I am having really bad pain at night in my right thigh (even when I lie on my left). I have had some acupuncture but it’s not helped as much as I hoped so hoping this helps ease it up a bit

ОтветитьI feel like there could be more advice on how to engage the core. I naturally want to do it by holding my breath which obv I'm not supposed to do. It's just a lot of these were really uncomfortable to do with an actual 8 months pregnant belly.
Ответить19 weeks pregnant, this one left me feeling strong! I've been dealing with hip and lower back pain almost since the beginning of my pregnancy. I am planning to go see a chiropractor to make sure I'm properly aligned, but this video felt amazing and I am confident it will also help. :)
