I like showers but with someone who suffers from adhd and depression the actual process seems so working, it’s the fact of our( adhd people) brain thinking and breaking down each individual step needed to actually do the process which in turn overwhelms us. Which I s why I struggle sometimes with self hygiene but my gf helps remind me of that stuff cuz she knows it’s a struggle for me
