window disappears immediately when opening the ps1 file
edit: fixed it.. type Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted, run your script, then when done, change Unrestricted to Restricted again.

You need to first give powershell unrestricted access , otherwise it won't work properly.
