Hi can u please tell , where to configure statsD exporter when are not using docker . I am using ubuntu(on windows) for running airflow . So in which file does my statsD exporter go ?

I'm getting this warning very often

The scheduler does not appear to be running. Last heartbeat was received 30 minutes ago.
The DAGs list may not update, and new tasks will not be scheduled.

Please advise
