I have so many questions. How did you do it in America? Did you buy the sand and clay and hey? Please more details!

Cob, rammed earth, and other mud/clay/earth building techniques aren't new, just so everyone watching this understands. This type of building method has existed for many millenia. Rammed earth was used in the construction of the Great Wall of China, cob houses have been around in Europe for thousands of years. There are people still living in cob houses that are hundreds of years old in Britain for instance. I feel like people are thinking that this is a new novel idea in building, when it's really just a return to what we've used in the past. Nothing wrong with it, it'll outlast stick built in the right climate with the right care.

A few mistakes are ok, it's like a 10 year old car, it's a lot more attractive when it is paid for! Great job, I hope to build some cottages and rent them out when I retire and have decided to use cob and rammed earth techniques.

I love the natural, rustic look of the Cobb WALLS.

To me, Cobb has a similar beauty to STUCCO, but not as STRAIGHT of lines as a traditional built home.

Stucco is the most beautiful look to me, and both stucco & Cobb have a BEAUTY to them, where a home with standard SIDING can be real eyesores esp. when all the houses are in row after row, w/very few trees!

That’s NOT how man was MESNT to LIVE. We’re supposed to live close to the earth, to nature, to EACH OTHER & to GOD.

And when you grown up, in 20-30 or more years of time, you will remember all these with love! It's amazing! Well done!
