I don't care how good he is, an unarmored 150lb guy armed with a rock and a piece of pottery is not going to beat four well trained armored dudes who are armed to the teeth.
ОтветитьSilly Germans, always trying to exert power in cowardly ways. 1 vs 1 is fair and honorable, I don't respect forcing your will on others, especially if it is evil.
ОтветитьHospitaller knights, abeit thugs and brutal fighters, were still more skilled with swordsmanship
The real Bailin of ibelin would have had more skill and experience.
After watching the director’s cut, this movie makes so much sense
ОтветитьEvery second is completely, totally absurd.
ОтветитьDamn! Legolas still has his skill
ОтветитьNever underestimate the power of a rock
ОтветитьMissionaries are nothing but green monstered scumbags.
ОтветитьYou know it's Hollywood and all that but still it's exhausting to see soldiers with shields, movie after movie, never actually use their shields.
It's a big wooden and metal plate that stops sharp things from hitting you, so face it towards the enemy. That's why they had them. Yet they always hold their shields on to their side like it's a useless ornament. Same with the long sword, it's got a really sharp point and you're facing a guy with no armour? Don't swing it widely to your right trying to slash, just hold it forward and thrust.
So many medieval combat experts in here...
ОтветитьHow is Orlando 25 here
Ответитьlmaoooo the head nod from that knight was too good XD
Ответитьhistorically inaccurate fight he would've been dead within 30 sec if they caught him with their armor.
Ответить🍿
ОтветитьGave their lives on the steps to heaven, thy will be done! For the grace for the might of our Lord, for the home of the holy.
For the grace for the way of the sword, gave their lives so boldly.
For the grace for the might of our Lord, in the name of his glory.
For the grace for the way of the sword, Come & tell their story again.
Those were newly trained Knights I guess.
ОтветитьBaliant was just chilling under his palm tree...
ОтветитьIf only he had all that mojo at the gates of Troy…..
ОтветитьThey are from the Teutonic Order, aren't them?
ОтветитьStone against sword and shield🤔
ОтветитьOne thing about this scene... These are supposed to be Templars but they are clearly dressed with the color and armor of Teutonic Knights, an order that was not in full swing yet until about a decade after these events. And the "disguise" logic will not fly with me given that Templars prided themselves on their red cross on their outfits. They even slept with it on. It was almost scene as a martyrdom to die while wearing their outfit with the red cross on it
ОтветитьShould of just brought a crossbow
ОтветитьThis is what happens if you send a knight to do an assasins job...
ОтветитьI find this hard to believe that they were truly of the Teutonic order. I would think that if they were, they would be considerably more disciplined and competent fighters. Too easily bested.
ОтветитьWhat bothers me even more than the 3 vs 1 story: they look like knights of the Teutonic order, but they did not exist around the time this movie takes place. The order was created years later.
ОтветитьIt seems those assassins came from Monty Phyton
ОтветитьOne thing not logic about the movie is why the helmet so cheap one punch make damage to skin that doesn't make sense at all
ОтветитьWhat i like about this movie is how a blacksmith who was trained for about 20 minites was able to take out three Teutonic Knights🤣
Ответитьwhat is the soundtrack?
ОтветитьI absolutely hated when they referred to these guys as „Templars“ when in actual fact these guys are teutonics Ich knights, but that kinda shows that they had no idea about the actual knight orders.
I loved the helmets the Teutonic Knights wore though. Although these wouldn’t be around till 1240.
Three (!) German knights and of all things -> German knights (!) can’t kill one unarmed knight. 🤦🏼♂️ once again a wonderful Hollywood style 🤦🏼♂️
Ответитьthat was teutonic knights
ОтветитьTeutonic knights... before 1187... are you sure ?
ОтветитьTeutonic Order - black cross. Templars - red cross. Ridley Scott didn't make any mistake ;)
Godspeed!
pope holy money...he need more war for money...
ОтветитьFor anyone thinking these are Teutonic Knights. They aren’t. The Teutonic order was founded in 1190 and the fall of Jerusalem was in 1187. Both of these are after this scene. This scene takes place in 1186 when Guy is crowned king.
They’re in fact Templars. Not all templars had red crosses, some had black.
Even how skilled you are if luck isn't on your side you're dead, there are even soldier back then trained for years just to die from an arrow or pebbles 🤣
Ответитьi Will use it for illustration in my content
ОтветитьMorrowind Dark Brotherhood Assassin's Be like :
ОтветитьI must say as a street cop for 33 years, in a large city I was in many fights. Vary rarely against multiple people though. It isn’t hard to incapacitate people that are untrained fighters. People who are on drugs or psychotic are a different story. This scene doesn’t really make sense, one man against many knights that would be highly trained? First off those knights would have came all at once. I never fought people by myself if other cops were with me. But I guess the idea here is Balien had other worldly help. God was protecting him for a reason.
ОтветитьWell since Aragon fought Nazgulz maybe he learned something from it.
ОтветитьCan someone explain why the last guy sounds like a pig when he was stabbed in the face...?
ОтветитьBalien has a rock, the Knights have swords. Rock beats scissors
