I found if you comment on the case in Poshmark indicating you'll accept the return, they close the case really quickly.

Buyer doesn’t get notified until the PO scans it to start shipment (and I don’t mean the initial scan if you wait in line for receipt) once it starts tracking that’s when you and the buyer get an email saying item has shipped oh also the buyer can see status though so you can click on the actions at upper left in sales and click mark sold orders as shipped because the buyer can see if you’ve at least “dropped it off” aka pending shipment scan they can see that status change so they know that the seller isn’t still sitting on the item

That's how I feel about returns. Like unless their reason is totally bonkers I'm going to give them the return. That's what I would like to be done for me as well as that person could be a repeat customer that you have for years but if you already make them sour with your return policy they're totally going to write you off more than likely

It sounds like you expect the item to be returned in sellable condition. Wait until you get a return that is destroyed. I sent out a flawless item but the buyer had buyers remorse. They said item was bleached but I don't own any bleach.
