But while filing of composition return for the quarter Oct-17 to Dec-17 with having turnover penalty showing on portal of Rs. 5000+5000 for cgst & sgst and interest also showing. Why this is  happenig sir please reply me soon .& why amnesty scheme-21 is not declared for composition tax payers from july-17.
