BLAST Tutorial Series: Comparing two or more DNA sequences

Hi! I've blast a pair of sequences (wildtype vs mutant), doing it exactly as the tutorial shows, but in the "aligments" section there are some "aaaa" in the query sequence, this is:
Query 1440 TGAACATGAGAATATTTTCAAAGTAGGCTCATTAGCATTaaaaaaaaTCAATGAATTACC 1499
Sbjct 1441 ............................................................ 1500


Could anyone please explain to me what are these "aaaaaaaa" meaning? I'm making ARMS-PCR primers
