Even after knowing that Jon is a Targaryen and that it doesn't matter in the end it still pissed me off that Jon doesn't proclaim himself as Jon Stark. Only a Stark can be king in the north and all the bannermen of the north call him king, yet for some reason they are all fine with him having a bastard name. A king MUST be part of a dynasty. And Jon should become a Stark here.

It's amazing that in this ONE scene, we get multiple people saying they would only kneel to a Stark, yet, come season 8, Sansa was the person behind wanting independence because she wanted power.

One detail I love in this scene is the couple shots of littlefinger, in the beginning he looks almost bored, and then when they start calling Jon out as king in the north, and you can tell littlefinger is blindsided by this development and did not ever see that coming, that the high northern lords would swear in a bastard of no renown as their king just based off his honor and merit alone. And then even later he pivots and u can see that he knows that someway somehow he HAS to make this work for him, no matter how little sense he thinks it makes

Remember, by the time season 7 ended, George R.R. Martin had yet to finish the books. So by the time they got to the end of Season 7, they had no more book to work with.

Should've just ended the show here or at least took a long hiatus and got GRRM more involved or wrote things that would've left a much bigger impact on everyone.
