It didn't solve my problem, can't change colors. Finally solved it by sending the files to a friend's computer with CS5 (old) and finished up without issues. The Adobe cloud iIllustrator is rife with glitches and issues.

it didnt work. it still looks gray and i tried all the color schemes.

If it's not a greyscal problem? How to fix?
