I've only seen three episodes of "Kill Tony" so far (I just discovered the show). Already I see that Brian Redban is deeply hurt by that redheaded/bald guy, William.

Watch the interaction when William leaves the stage at the very end of the show. Brian pretends to be vibing to the music so he can ignore William as he walks off stage. Brian knew William was about to walk by him and Brian gives Tony a fist bump at the last second before William walks by him to pretend like he's distracted and waits for the proper moment to make a feigned attempt to fist bump William (after William is out of fist bump range).

It's clear that William actually pisses Brian off and Brian can't just shrug it away. He isn't calm enough under pressure to be able to give the ribbing back to William.
