Calculate Time Difference in Excel

Hi, first thanks for sharing with us, I still have a question, what formula can I use for timing spend on specific work, I want to know the variance between actual time and expected time, thank you

What would you do if you wanted the cell to automatically calculate this time difference; but when the cell is empty you do not want there to be any error message in the cell. So the formula is their and automatically calculates time upon entry of data.

I want to calculate end time based on total time spent in the task. For example, a task took 45 mins to complete, the end time should be start time + total time spent. That is what I know, but if the end date moves to the next day then this formula does not work

can we find the difference time , avg, mini, maxi time between two columns time depending on specific (string ) in another third column ?
