UiPath Tutorial | Uipath IF Else Condition Control Flow in UiPath Studio

Bro i don't understand input dailog boxes. In input dailog box explanation video input dailog box have four five lines but in if activity video input dailog box only have title and lable boxes only. So i dont under stand
