Ответитьlol, I spend the first 20 sec of each new exercise flailing around trying to figure it out and the last ten secs sort of doing it. Well hey, it's getting my heart rate up and me sweating, just not gonna do any of this in public. lol. Thanks for the work out.

I did this amazing workout as a starter, then Waist workout from again❤ Eleni fit. I had 0 energy when I started however the movements encourage you to continue and plus you sweat. These workout videos are huge help. Thank you❤

I had open ventral hernia repair surgery 5 1/2 months ago, after a horrible c-section one year ago, and have been so afraid to begin working out for fear of it coming back, particularly any lying exercise that would really strain abdominals. But I successfully completed this and it was the perfect starting point to begin being active again after such a rough past year physically. I have gained weight and can feel decreased strength from everything my body has gone through. I will do this once a day to start and hopefully I can progress to linger, more strenuous workouts as time goes by.
