Giving Grimes an unlikeable psycho freak who makes mid music and wants to go full borg makes an absurd amount of sense.

The question is does lizzy treat V differently in Phantom Liberty depending on how you handle this quest.. I know she is nice and even gives V a head dress crown in Phantom Liberty if you take care of the body but I have not played through the other ways since liberty came out.

The AI get's broken, because it is considered a safe area, in a safe area, you can't have combat, just like with the cops, if you go to any safe area (Afterlife for example), they will stop coming after you.

I wonder if you lie to Lizzy after taking the bribe if she’s still cool with you at the black emerald or whatever the pyramid is called.

As of Phantom Liberty, there is also an additional award for disposing of Liam's body if you do this quest before the DLC. If you helped Lizzy dispose of the body, then when you meet her again in the DLC after her show, she'll give you the headpiece she's wearing.

Pretty awesome how this game in this quest, and others shows the consequences and how even the "bad guys" aren't always completely bad.

Especially with Lizzy, she's basically a cyberpsycho 😂

Pretty clear from this that she's a budding cyber psycho who is going to kill more people before she's inevitably put down.

The second part of Violence quest clearly shows you that Lizzy is not just "on the edge", she's literally falls off into cyber-psychosis right before your eyes.

after reading a handful of comments i'd say that if you were to weigh cyberpsychosis and making a copy of someone's engram without their knowledge it's a pretty easy decision to side with lizzy. sure, she kills him, but even without the psychosis you could argue that technology like personality constructs have to be opposed at every opportunity you get. it's a shame this questline isn't explored in more depth to weigh the pros and cons

Follow up to this, if you rat Liam out and then help Lizzy with the body, you'll get an extra reward from Lizzy during the Phantom Liberty quest line: her very own and custom made bd headgear (also the model is custom made by a non-cdpr artist).

For the people defending Liam:
Consider what "Secure your Soul" does.

It kills the original.
There is no continuos consciousness for the person being copied.
The V we have played as for the majority of the game, dies when plugging into Mikoshi.
If the game didn't have a need for a conclusion, we'd get a black screen when we plug in, then see the credits roll.
What lives on is not you. It's something that behaves like you, but it's not you and you sure as hell don't get to inhabit this new you.

So. The choice really is this: Let Liam kill Lizzy, or let Lizzy kill Liam. (or just don't take the gig)

Later in Phantom Liberty, you can have a word with Lizzy, with some extra lines if you already completed "Violence" (at least the first part). Did you check with the betrayal? Just asking.

Obviously Liam was talking about chrome madness which he sensed in Lizzy, this is what he wanted to alter, nothing more. Thus it's obvious that the logic of author of thus video is flawed to say least. Instead he says that being killed by psycho Lizzy transforms into is preferable outcome. What a duche.

I just used Short Circuit on her. Knocked her out & took her to Viktor & he fixed her. I also had him program her to think she was in love with me instead of Liam. Then V gets cured of his little Johnny Silverhand problem. And then V & Lizzy live happily ever after.

I really wish there was an option to take lizzy out after she kills Liam. It feels like the natural thing to do with an anti-corporate, vigilante justice type V.

Having just finished my 4th play through, I think Lizzy Wizzy is the most interesting character by leaps and bounds. I’m glad they didn’t make a huge long quest line for her. It’s better to be short and mysterious.

Take the bribe, get paid 39k, then betray, she kills, and you get 20k for getting rid of the body. Gotta make them eddies.

What a coincidence... I just decided to play my favorite game again. I will try it very soon!

you actually get another dialoge option when you go to the bar first and listen to the conversation between the bartenders, saying that they just got a new order of a bottle champange from the VIP Area. giving you the option to pretend to bring champange when you confront liam. ( i bought the champange aswell if thats makes a difference). But this is the same outcome as saying youre in the wrong room. Hes just getting loud saying he already got his order or something and wants you to leave.

Its not the AI that is stupid, its the zone.

Cyberpunk uses Zone Aggro.
Means if you are in a

red zone, NPCs attack you instantly if they see you, because you are marked as a threat then.
neutral zone, NPCs get yellow and threaten you before they attack, because you are only marked as a threat if you enter their aggro range.
Green zone, NPCs can't start combat unless its scripted, because you are not marked as a threat even if you stand in front of them.

In that case you are in a green zone and security attacking you is a scripted event, so you break combat once you break vision and because you are in green zone, they can't see you as a threat anymore, but they are still searching for a non green threat.

How was this supposedly 'hidden' ?it's right in front of you in the game!! Booo

The only trash that should be dumped in a dumpster is Lizzy
