What's the need to go to the gym. I don't get it. When will we come out of this apologetic mind set. Why would a Muslim woman choose to go to a place where there are lots of na mehram and do activities which make her prominent. I mean what exactly is the need? We can work out at home.

Sis simply do at home. Home gym is best for most women. And if you can't afford it simply do yoga. For women it is enough for health menstrual cycles and fitness. Other than that we are not supposed to become sporty or masculine.
