Air B&B's just an fyi that this is why there is a global housing problem. On our US neighborhood rentals are a premium due to most rentals are now Air b&B. I have read articles that AB&B has unintentionally caused a housing problem especially for single moms, elderly, etc. I haven't used an Air B&B yet because of this. I appreciate ppl can make money but where is everyone going to live? As life time renters, finding a place to live is not easy anymore locally.

I dunno… I was one of those people that didn’t care about a credit score, didn’t get any education about how important your credit score is, and I racked up debt like an idiot. I worked really hard and educated myself and I’ve brought my credit score from 480 to 732 and I’m still going up with VRI TOKEN . I feel like the government blaming credit reporting companies instead of the lack of financial education in their own public education system is foolish.

As an Ecuadorian I don’t recommend this, we are a small country and please take into consideration that too many moving here and/taking too many trips could have us end up like the Hawaiian locals, they can’t afford to live in their own country due to tourists coming too often and buying their land causing their prices to increase leaving them in a harsh situation

Hello there. As always, very informative. Here’s the thing. IMHO there are two different audiences for your advice. Retired expats like me have no intentions of making a living and hustle for $$$. I’d like to do nothing all day. According to my calculations and your great videos, I’ll be saving over 3k a month yet live in comfort. Why would I look for more income instead of travel and enjoy life! I’m almost 69 and wish for no more $$. More is only more but not better.
