I have a question for you. Let say we finished first hyperthropy cycle then we want to start a second hyperthropy cycle. Do we start with 2 sets for vertical and horizontal pull or do we increase volume? For example starting from 3 sets and finishing on 5?
ОтветитьGreat video DOC!!
ОтветитьInsane vid
ОтветитьHi doctor yaad, you said the program provided only account for pulling. Can you suggest how i can make a push & legs routine? Many thanks!
ОтветитьI regularly workout at the gym and have a set routine but thinking about adding the skill workout to it so I can learn the front lever. Just unsure how to do any kind of support work on a pull up bar instead of a parallette. Is doing both weight training and calisthenics too much? I was consider myself an intermediate to advanced experience lifter. I can already hold adv tuck lever without specific training towards the front lever.
ОтветитьHello, thank you for a splendid workout program. Maybe you got some exercise suggestions for planche hyperthropy and skill mesocycles?
ОтветитьI can find the program charts can someone link below ? P.s awesome tutorial :)
ОтветитьWow love the quality❤
Ответитьi have a question for the skills plan do i need to complete al workout 1 2 3 4 in on day or every workout in a week
ОтветитьI started with this program a few months ago i started with 2 hypertrophy cycles and im now in my second skill cycle. Im getting really close to a full front lever and copied this workout for my push training (Planch) aswell! Before starting this program i already did calesthenics for a while but felt like i needed a better approach! I came back to this video to see if i missed any tips and to say a huge thanks for the awsome video! Took me from a 4 second tuck front lever to a 6 second straddle in no time! ill come back to comment when i can do a perfect hold full front lever! Thanks again for the program!
ОтветитьGreat tutorial - for weighted pullups after front lever skill work, is a 5-8 or 8-12 rep range better?
ОтветитьFirst time i've come across and it was such an amazing vid
Ответитьguide to planche, when?
ОтветитьHey, can you give me an example of how to incorporate a push routine with this one?
Ответитьgreat video, looking forward for the planche one 🎉
ОтветитьHey. What about some adjustments for female training? I've done full hypertrophy and skill cycle following your program and saw progress but skill cycle was quite intense for me and slowed my recovery. Maybe I should split skill cycle or shorten it by one week. Appreciate your content, thanks for your answer and best luck.
ОтветитьDamn! This is soooo good 😮
A LOT of quality in the editing and in the content too! Loved it. Definitely subscribed!
Keep going this way 💪🏼😁
I've been making progress in strength but I wasn't sure how often to train the static skills and haven't been making much progress. This programming should help me be more methodical with training. Great Video, Thanks!

So beautiful video! How many hours should I sleep?
ОтветитьBro is the og goat of calisthenics itself, this right here is highest quality with zero compromises, can't wait for future tuts Yaad! Inshallah!
ОтветитьDr You’re the best xx
ОтветитьThanks a lot! Glad to meet you in real life! Makes a lot of sense and looking forward to implementing the program and getting my one arm chin up!
ОтветитьWould you advise to do the planche work on the same day or front lever work and planche work on separate days? Great quality by the way please provide more content and maybe add a patreon or paypal donation link so people can support you!
ОтветитьI still dont get how to use the program. Stuff like that is always why i stop tracking my progress
ОтветитьYour passion shows! Excellente content!
ОтветитьSo we have to train fourth times per week?
ОтветитьSo, I bought a dip station, it's time for the front lever :)
ОтветитьTHE MOST AMAZING TUTORIAL I HAVE EVER WATCHED! Explained everything + the SCIENCE 🙌🏼
ОтветитьValeu!
ОтветитьHmm... it's time to buy dip station :)
ОтветитьPLEASE DO ONES FOR PUSH RELATED SKILLS
ОтветитьNext Video about the one arm pull up?
ОтветитьReally appreciate your breakdowns. Getting so much from your videos. Keep em coming!
ОтветитьThis is such a good vidéo + the free program in the bio is so cool, thanks a lot
ОтветитьExcellent video! very detailed. Could you also do other exercises like back lever, planche, muscle up, etc? Would really appreciate it and will look forward to it if you could make these videos. Nonetheless, keep up the good work!
ОтветитьAmazing tutorial!
ОтветитьBro, this is the best front lever "tutorial" i've seen
ОтветитьWhat a great video
ОтветитьI can do front lever but this video was still so insightful thank you!
ОтветитьDoes the same program works for Front Lever Rows? I already can do a 10s+ full front lever
ОтветитьSuch great content - thank you for the great advice and looking forward to more!
ОтветитьHi im wondering if i could do a hypertrophy cycle while on a calorie deficit. Im 1.8m and 80kg atm, and im not sure if i would benefit from the hypertrophy workouts if im not eating enough.
ОтветитьThis is overall good stuff, but I do have one critique. The core section of a front lever is NOT like doing a hollow hold on the ground.
Its like doing a Dragon flag hold at the bottom.
If you can do 10 dragon flags, then you barely notice the difference, but for regular people they're going to have a hard time keeping their hips up, once they get to one legged hold, no matter how much pulling they train.
More videos please
ОтветитьThanks bro.. Needed a program
ОтветитьHello there! Great video! Download link to program sheets is broken though! Please update? =D
ОтветитьOne question do I only choose either skill or hypertrophy cycle? And if i choose hypertrophy for example do I then start at day one and only do workout 1 and on the next day workout 2? Or do I combine these so day one workout 1,2 day 2 workout3,4 day 3 rest day and then start with 1,2 again?
Furthermore should I write the same exercises in skill 1 and skill 2?
Well done sir - I am slowly building my way to this and found it extremely helpful! Thanks so much!
