I'm doing a 1-meal a day keto eating about 200 grams of meat every day. (fish, red meat, chicken). Do I have to eat meat every single day to stay in ketosis? Thinking in terms of "too much of anything is poison", can I have just eggs instead of meat, or better yet, have a day without any protein? Thanks.

can anyone suggest normal food recipes on keto , a lot fo the recipes are so varied that my weekly fridge wouldnt cope with all the food nor my budget. can you just alternate betwee a few normal things like omelette etc , I dont cook much , I'm ok with repetition

Usually start around 1 pm noon.
The next day around lunch I'll introduce myself to a low carb solid food. And by after dinner time I've entered ketosis.
I know by the pungent diarrhea I get before I go to bed. Lol.

ОтветитьI dont know if im doinng all the macros right for keto diet persay for the way its supposed to done however. Im type 2 diabetic on 3 different medcations. normal numbers for blood sugar is 80-120. For months ive been running high number. I have had as high as 300. Wel for the past 2 weeks Ive been merely cutting carbs drastically and my numbers have been at the highest in the past week 159, Thats when i wake up too and number is usually higher when you get up. Ive been at 94-124 average, Just cutting carbs!

ОтветитьAll these freaking diet videos assume that people have nothing to do all day but stay at home and prepare salads or cook skinless chicken. People have to work, outside the home! And there aren’t “Keto restaurants” located nearby that deliver “high fat” meals. All of this shit is incredibly impractical.

ОтветитьLost 25 pounds last year but im young just went from Nov 25 to December 31st. Did 100abd and 100 push ups every day along with 2 miles and hit the gym every day that i could.
ОтветитьKeto flu, part of it is sugar/carb withdrawals, part of it is electrolyte depletion, (not as much sugar/carbs holding onto water means you're peeing more and stuff goes with it down the drain.)
Like they said, just increase water and electrolyte intake, ReLyte and LMNT are two good fasting/keto friendly options to help with that.

Lettuce....I said my secret....I eat pieces of Lettuce....I eat oven roasted salt nuts and a whole avacado....Everytime I feel like I wanna eat or bored on the couch watching tv...This is my secret of weight loss..
Of course I go to work as a patient care assistant at the hospital, but i walk alot there and eat my meats, fish, or some eggs....
Im cheap and I managed to loose weight on a 50$ budget....Hope my info helps everyone who likes to eat.
