Can console players do the zip line mantle jump?

Thanks to this old guide i hit a mantle jump in 7 attempts second one in 12. I wasnt getting the crouch jump timing right with the super jump but doing it at the heli pad spot is alot better

my brain always has a hard time with these lol. maybe i should just start with basic zipline movement?

it is by far more easier to look up, because you can look up while mantling

My biggest stepback is holding down w after pressing space

my crocuh button is on the side of my mouse and from off the mantle cancel you can just hold it which hel;ps with timing and confusion

Only thing I can manage on controller is bouncing back off a zip or wall to get extra air for a solid peak n fire through windows.

I’ve doing that off of jump towers since like season five.. on console, it just just look as fluid and if you aren’t looking up you’ll ride the jump tower down instead

what do you mean by crouch? cause there is toggle and hold, if that matters at all.

Is this patched? I've been trying for 3 hours and never done a single one. i just go straight up in the air instead of forward, anyone know if they have patched it?

I don't really get how the mantle jump works :/

so right after cancelling mantle, follows the super jump which basically is interact + scrollwheel down, but i dont see the interaction activated. so it doesnt do anything when i press interact, is there something im doing wrong?

WHY DO YOU PRESS E IN THE MANTLE JUMP

The thing with bigger legends, is that they are actually taller and the timing for them to finish mantling is different from the small ones. Not that it is easier or harder, just a different timing you have to get used to. I would even say smaller legends are harder to learn because it's faster, but also better because of that.

Just got my first mantle jump out of a long mantle, does anyone know how to do it?

Because i dont really. I was practicing mantle jumps, trying to understand them, since i found them very, very easy in the double zip building but very very hard in the small zip building. I had always in my head that mokey couldnt do it with a long mantle. But in the double zip you cant keep hanging, either u climb up or u fall.
So i just tried hanging in the small building trying diffrent methods. What worked rn was my suspicion that u dont just need to hang but cancle the upwards climb after hanging.
For that u need to press s instead of crouch, since crouch doesnt cancle the climbing.

So I practiced pressing the buttons in the right order: hang, then w then s and then w again, then f than scroll jump

I actually included a holded crouch after the first w but this shouldnt change much, since it didnt cancle the climbing after mantle, thats whats s is for

Anyway, that worked, but I have no Idea if my hunch is right, if this is something known and so on, so please help me, try it out or smth
