after all of the mods and gameplays and whatever that i've seen, thaumcraft is by far the best magic mod out there, its like if the second best minecraft magic mod and the create mod had a baby and then put all of their work into making it the best version of itself that it could possibly be

idk what happening to thaumcraft because its just crashing my minecraft and is just thaumcraft and baubles in the mods folder can anyone help me?

I heard people talking about this mod, and saying it was great. I had never seen, or tried it before, but just from this showcase, I believe this will become one of my favorite mods!

In my opinion the best magic mod ever create! I had such a blast with this mod easily sinking hours and hours into exploring all the different mechanics and how they interact with other mods and such (It can get very crazy)

Good old Thaumcraft.

Here's one thing about flux: it pollutes the aura surrounding the flux emitter.

I absolutely love this mod and I think that the sixth version is much more powerful than others in terms of items and mechanics, but I absolutely hate the new research system, I hope someone makes an addon that returns thaumcraft's v4-5 researching

They need to allow others to remake their mod, just imagine, Thaumcraft 4 tweaked to 1.17.1, all the new cool additions included, and all the addons from thaumcraft 4 included as well, would be the best Magic MC mod imo

I don't really understand what I'm missing in my thaumcraft version, I don't have 3d crystals. My ore spawns like normal iron ore or something and I have yet to get the dream prompt after mining them.

This is DEFINITELY my all time favorite magic mod and I wish a lot of games have something similar. Where most magic systems are straightforward and have some complexity, Thaumcraft makes you FEEL like a wizard because instead of just gathering the right resources, you have to use your knowledge and learning to experiment and create. Using your intelligence like a wizard does.

This mod keeps growing, changing and staying the same at the same time. It's amazing. Personally I'm glad they moved away from Nodes and instead made Vis available in the atmosphere. That Node Mechanic was both annoying and Laggy

What I don't like about most of the mods is that they just ignore the aesthetics and visual style of the vanilla: the pixel size is a constant, everything must be a multiple of it, and each surface of the model element must be perpendicular (complex shapes are possible, but only composed of several simple models). But for some reason, everyone believes that it is enough to add pixelation to models of any shape and you're good to go, and what comes to sprites and particles you may not bother at all...
