Doing workouts after almost 3 years also doing intermittent fasting.
Day1: 15.50 minutes with lots of break
Day2: 21.20 minutes done🎉
Weight update:65.7
Day 3:completed entire workout+stretch.yaaay❤❤🎉🎉
really hard i used to be able to do 10 minutes before i started falling but with training for a week i can do more than 20 mins before i start falling
