How to Sync VS Code Settings and Extensions Across Computers and Multiple Devices

Hi, I synced my settings before using settings sync now I want to restore the settings by settings sync using vscode syttings sync do you have any solution?

Is there a way to control what extensions are uploaded per computer/workspace? I sync my settings between my personal and work computer, but because of the security settings on my work computer, and the fact that my personal computer runs in WSL2 and my work computer hasn't approved it yet, it causes some conflicts to say the least. Not to mention, there's the fact I need to link up with my company's GitHub account on my work computer and my personal one on my personal computers.

I'd appreciate any advice you can give me
