Wait. some of those clips were the same one that the family that found a baby raccoon on their boat was from. I think people just find random clips on the internet, put them together, and then they use that annoying song that all of these videos include. Bam, you got a feel good animal rescue video. The worse is when they hurt the animal on purpose so they can show them rehabbing it later, like when they glue crap to turtle shells and call it barnacles.

Raccoons make excellent pets if they are fixed. Make sure your state is legal or you won’t be able to fix or get any other medical care like rabies shots. Plus there is a large fine in most places. The likely hood of it staying with you after sexual maturity is very low. Don’t get attached if you can’t legally care for it.
