ОтветитьI will be trying to do Anna’s stretch routine till I’m able to do my chest stand all the way to the floor and it won’t hurt!I Hope you will get motivated by this too so let’s go!
Day 1 ✅I’m pretty flexible so some of these stretches were pretty easy but they did not hurt as much!
Day 2✅I I’m a lil sore from yesterday but I’m good and a lil tired cuz I went to the pool with my friends today also!But aside from that it was a lil easy!
Day 3❌Couldn’t I was to busy with homework!😭
Day 4✅ not so sore anymore!!
Day 5✅I wanna give up😭😭
Day 6✅ I can feel my body getting my stretchy!!😊
Day 7 ❌hanged out with my friends!
The begginer one is to easy for me, but this is to hard for me, i will do an easier version of it!

ОтветитьHi Anna !! ❤ First, I would like to say thank you!! My flexibility has improved so much. I can now do all three splits and my back bend. Everything else is still a process, but with you/your videos, my progress,and my motivation; I don’t see myself stopping any time soon!!! 😊
Also would you mind doing an over middle split follow along routine. I’ve seen that you did a regular over split routine for front splits as I have recently started doing that one, but not for middle splits. It would really be helpful ! 😊

Well I love it like it’s so cool that you can do all the stretches and it’s like I’ve never done anything like that and I just wanna say thank you Ana for doing all these stretches I hope I hope you do more back stretches definitely I love you I love back stretches
