Do you know if there's a way to make like a TTS voice read a random line from a text file? For example, I have a text file full of jokes, and I want a command like !joke to make a TTS voice read a line from it. Thanks in advance.

When I do $arg1user it just links my stuff, can't figure out how to shout out someone else other than doing the target user

I'm wanting to know how I can group certain commands. When I try to, it tells me a command already exists. I'd like to group users w/ users, mods w/ mods, streamer w/ streamer if that is possible so I don't have to look through all of them to see where the one I'm looking for is. Is this possible?
