What happens if you tell Minthara you have the artifact | Baldur's Gate 3

I chose to say she spoke heresy, samething played out but a little different dialouge, I am also TDU

i like how BG3 give you 3 choices. But those three choices are so... uh... just my observation and thought:
1 - dark (obviously) urge that constantly wants to kill both enemies and friends every second. Choose this and she will obviously be dead at your hands.
2. Just focus on not letting the dark urge to do option 1.
3. Look into your partner's heart by rolling a cube.
I certainly understand that dark urge is either playing a mentally deranged psychopath who enjoys suffering and killing his victims, or playing a mentally deranged maniac who resists his nature in order to simply become ... a better version of himself, and not just weak-willed and soulless terrible monster.
