Starting a New WIP!!

Hello, and happy Friday!!
It's almost time to get all of my edits back from the editor, so I'm taking this last week to set up a new WIP that has been percolating around my brain for some time. We'll dive into outlines and story beats and write those first few words.
What is your favorite way to start a new project?
