Fake Fender Strat! - Should Fender Be Worried?? - Demo / Review

Why you want to have a fake one, for saving money, the name on the headstock?? Buy a real a Squier, or a Epiphone than.. I realy can't understand that people make a positive video about this copy guitar

Yes, fender should be worried. I have a couple of authentic Fender Strats, A new player series LE "MF" and also a 92 Floyd Rose classic AF but the real bottom line is quality vs price.. if it feels, plays and sounds "almost as good as" a 92 classic FR then why are we all paying much MUCH more for the same foreign factory cheap production parts from China or Mexico anyways ? If fender wants more of my business then bring back the true American made 90's quality product.. until then wow china gets my $130 for cutting out the greedy middle men and selling me if not a better product close enough to the exact same for an affordable price 😅

What if Fender started buying guitars from the same manufacturer? Aside from the "made in" bit. If you can buy one for $145 what price could they get for (for instance) 1,000/10,000?

At the end of the day like most things who’s the one robbing the public? Charging well over what is feasible for something that’s cost them about £150 to make ! I’ve had squiers and fenders and the squier in my opinion is always just as good if not better in most cases. China possibly shouldn’t be copyright breaching but if the Americans were to lower the cost of their guitars I’m sure the Chinese market would soon phase out but that gap is just too much for most working class people, I’d happily have a well playing and sounding Chinese guitar with a fender logo and custom shop on the back if that’s all I can afford. I wouldn’t try to re sell it as a fender though.

Body is wrong. Front arm cutout is too small and at the wrong angle, it looks the same cutout as cheap chinese strats not a real fender.
Rear cutout is wrong, does not extend far enough forward.
And seriously, those pickups sounded like mud

The reason Gibson went bankrupt is most people could not afford their products. They created the market for Chibsons. They just didn't get it. They still have their heads up their behind.

Maybe the real company's will start making a product that is not junk and charging $2000 for it. I'm sure the one made in China is better than what is coming out of Mexico or California. You dont find fake Martin guitars for $200 that sound and play extremely close to the real thing do you?

you miss the point, or just avoid it, entirely. They are illegally using Fender branding to profit. That makes it counterfeit, and infringes on intellectual property. How would you like if someone used your name, or anything you've created, in order to profit without any compensation?

I don't care about the logo. People have been cloning fenders for 50 years. These Chinese guitars are fire for the money. They have flamed maple necks for like $80. . .

The problem is gibson and fender budget guitars are just the same quality if not worse! I get it ! I dont think we should be giving china any of our business . Made in America dosent mean 💩 anymore . The big brands are just over priced junk unless u shell out over $5k ! They need to stop trying to rob people and make quality guitars agin at a reasonable price. Now as far as China goes all this fake stuff should be banned and I'm saying that from a perspective as someone who wants to get a nock off to see how good it is bc I can't afford vintage guitars (actual good guitars ) and I won't pay $1k-$2k that don't play well at all never mind sound like junk . The standards have been dwindled down over time . Anyone who has picked up really vintage guitars and spent time with them know what I'm talking about . Old growth wood is only one part of the equations to having a great sounding and PLAYING 🎸 . The guitar companies are nothing more then Wallstreet CEO'S ripping people off !

Here is how it goes:
You have a country whose government is decent enough to provide decent salary to their people. These people, in return have been providing quality products like Fender and Gibson guitars. Of course because of the high cost spent for making them, they can't sell them cheap.
Now here comes a country like China and my country the Philippines, where labor is so cheap which is the reason for their people to migrate to other countries like the US, Canada, UK, etc. Worst, many even take the risk to go to hostile countries to work as domestic helpers just to earn a decent earning. The labor is cheap but the people, like any other people in the world can also make quality products like the one being shown here. But the question is; are we going to continue buying these fake products despite the fact that they fuel this vicious cycle? I can't afford US Fender and Gibson guitars so I just opt for it's Japanese or even Chinese versions that honestly bears the name of the country where they are really made from. But what I really love having right now, with my tight budget are old Japanese guitars e.g. Greco, Tokai, and the likes. Good quality despite the reasonable price. Owning US Fender and Gibson guitars is still a dream right now but I know I'll wake up one day having this dream in my hands. 😁

In my opinion I think Gibson Fender deserve everything they get. They've become such a bunch of idiots to deal with. I have 29 guitars 28 of them are Gibson's I hate dealing with them but I love their guitars

i do find Fenders overprized for what they are, srry nothing against them tho, but a really good fake with descent pickups and set up for 1/50 of the money, my choise is made really fast! If you have to pay for only the name...well that choise is made by you i guess. Gibsons are another ballgame, those are not to replicate in an easy manner. Real craftmans ship. Cannot talk for a fake one. But Strats are, well yeah basicly bolt together parts.

I can tell it’s not a fender right away because most fenders the 12th fret dots are normally close together those are very far apart. But I have no problem with Chinese replicas. Guitar prices are ridiculous today and you can’t get the discontinued ones anymore without selling your first born. It’s crazy how much everything is now.

Hello , beeen wanting to know if these guitars go against patten or copyright owned by Fender

I've actually bought a replica Les Paul and telecaster from China. Both have pretty much the exact company logos and markings as seen on the real guitars. And they both play and sound really really good. I think the reason people like me buy these guitars is because I'm on a fixed budget I'm disabled so I only get a small amount of money every month and to be able to play a guitar that looks and plays like the real thing is kind of exciting anyway that's my take on it

The fake sounds and looks great. Replicas from China have been available in the U.S.A. for several years. Thus, I wonder how many thousands of these exact copies are being sold as genuine on Craigslist, Reverb, eBay, or in stores such as Music Go Round or fly-by-night vendors. Fakes also affect sellers with real American guitars because potential buyers are dubious. As a potential buyer myself, I think I'll just buy new from Guitar Center or Sweetwater with solid documentation of authenticity. Fakes disrupt the buy/sell cycle for those concerned about deception and rip-offs.

One question, who did you purchase the guitar from? I want one. The fact that people think that someone can’t copy and build a guitar that is better than an original Strat, is beyond me. I own a CS Rory Gallagher Strat, it’s a lovely guitar but for me Fender miss the opportunity by a mile.

Well, I don't mean to offend anybody, but that guitar sounds really really "poor" to my ear. Nothing to compare with "the real one". Good appearence tho....
