Hi Sir, I have received nomination from IML for global talent visa. Previously, I was not invited by department of home affairs due to weak nominator. Can I resubmit my EOI application and what is success rate. Please advise.

Hello. I am a successful national athlete in the Italian sport of Bocce. This sport has a federation in Melbourne and I am in contact with them. Do I have a chance to come with this visa? Or do I have no chance since it is not a very popular sport? And also do I need to pass a language test to apply for this visa? Thank you.

applicants of SC 476 visa need justice please raise voice for young engineers future

Can I apply for Global Talent visa cure t salary is not 167 but aa per my role I can easily get upto 180

SC 476 Applicants who received S56 request for medical in December 2023, they were given 28 days to submit medical. However DOHA capped it even before 28 days. Maybe DOHA wasn’t even aware of this decision while sending S56 requests.

These applicants must be processed as DOHA sent S56 requests at wrong time instead of granting them.

Hi sir, usually how long does it takes to get 485 visa along with the dependants? Processing time says 16 days and also 83 days which one to believe? Can you please shed some light on it 🙏
