Only thermopad ptm
ОтветитьCan i apply thermal paste instead of thermal pads on those vrams?
ОтветитьWhat screwdriver is needed to get the fans out? Also great video really appreciated.
ОтветитьUse a hammer next time hahaha very sloppy work
ОтветитьNever follow this guy. Once you removed the thermal pipes, you have to re-apply pads, paste etc. for VRAM too. This video is such a waste of time.
ОтветитьNo luv vrms and such? And if u saw thermal pads, ill say that is very very important and u didn't ment so ppls that don't know can dmg there units.. Also ppls u can use liquid metal but be prepared to redo a every year. This is a gaming laptop :)
ОтветитьHow do you change the keyboard of this thing? Haha its a nightmare getting to the keyboard
ОтветитьI wish I had bought another Gigabytes. MSI is noticeably cheaply made even the plastic is low quality.
ОтветитьNever do it like this guy, he killed that laptop!
ОтветитьHey there, just wondering why you didn't also apply paste to those other components? I'm not sure what they are, I think they are the VRMS?
ОтветитьThank u so much
ОтветитьThanks for the Video - Taking apart unfamiliar laptops can always feel like "the case will break (or worse) any second"... though I do have to agree with others that any time you see thermal compound in places other than the 2 spots it was readded you should replace that as well to avoid heat issues - and this sysem has a LOT of it. More than any other laptop I have ever seen... It seems unlikely that the goo-iness of the compound in those other locations will make for an even coat is just wishful thinking and is not worth the risk.
Ответитьdid right this, with my raider GE75, nightmare, took me 1h+, not easy. ( I replace on the the others too )
ОтветитьMy cooling is stuck and I can’t disassembly can you give me an advice?
ОтветитьThank you. I was missing two screws that you found. Nice job!
ОтветитьYou didn't changed the paste on vrms. You have to do it after opening the heat sinks.
ОтветитьPretty bold of you taking of the back panel like that. It’s obvious you’ve opened that computer over 10 times. You weren’t helpful one bit. You helped breaking my clips :)
ОтветитьMay I know what temps you were seeing before and after the thermal paste upgrade on the CPU and the GPU? I see it's a 9th gen Core i7 so it's probably i7-9750H? And the GPU according to MSI must be RTX 2060 with 6GB GDDR6.
Any chance you were able to upgrade the RAM to something running at 3200 MHz? I was able to use the unlock code at the BIOS (RShift+RCtrl+LAlt+F2) to get to the overclocking menu and was able to get XMP working but it wasn't stable at 3200 MHz for me and Windows would randomly get stuck and I'd need to do a hard reset. Did you do this and was it stable for you?
is 1 gram thermal paste enough for gpu and cpu?
Ответить♥️♥️♥️♥️ tanks
ОтветитьWould you recommend people to try this at home even if they are not tech savvy? I'm scared to mess something up
Ответитьwith an approach like that of the author of the video, it is better not to touch it, or take it to a service where the liquid thermal pads of the memory of the video chip are fucked up and the power system too (in six months will be on ebay as defective to sell), and there was someone who liked it, the specialist is just a nightmare
Ответитьhow is the result sir plz make comparision before after . i would be good if you don't mind
ОтветитьI found this super helpful. At least now I know how to take my laptop apart. I been needing to change my fan but didn't want to drop it off at a shop for a week.
ОтветитьDon’t follow this guys steps now my pc doesn’t display anything but it still turns on. I only did the first few steps where I unplugged the battery then I stopped following his instructions and did it myself
ОтветитьВот почему стоит менять термопасту самому.В противном случае ваш ноут рискует попасть в руки к такому 'мастеру'.
ОтветитьIni macam laptop aq je
ОтветитьHold up bro,are u receiving this laptop from someone/customer at Lowyat?
Ответитьthanks for help
ОтветитьIs it safe to continue using this pc without having changed the paste on VRAM's and VRM's?
Ответитьwhat's the thickness needed for thermal pads?
ОтветитьWhy dont you change thermal pads on vram chips
ОтветитьThe paste wasn't even dry and the og one was surely doing an already great job.
ОтветитьI WANT TO SEE THAT AMBANI BEHIND THE CAMMERA
ОтветитьFirst bro
ОтветитьPoggers, first. Yay
