Посттравматическая хроническая венозная недостаточность нижних конечностей

при участии Института хирургии им. А.В.Вишневского АМН СССР, 1976г.

Показаны патологические изменения при повреждениях костей таза, бедра, голени, требующие хирургического лечения.
Тромбоз глубоких вен обычно вызывает воспалительный процесс в сосудистой стенке и паравазальной клетчатке, приводящий к фиброзным сращениям вокруг вены. Цель операции – освободить вену и улучшить венозный отток.
Продемонстрированные методы хирургического лечения могут быть успешно использованы и при хронической венозной недостаточности, возникшей вследствие тромбоза магистральных вен другой этиологии.

Pathological changes in injuries of the pelvis, hip, and lower leg bones that require surgical treatment are shown.
Deep vein thrombosis usually causes an inflammatory process in the vascular wall and paravasal tissue, leading to fibrous adhesions around the vein. The purpose of the operation is to release the vein and improve venous outflow.
The demonstrated methods of surgical treatment can also be successfully used in chronic venous insufficiency caused by thrombosis of the main veins of another etiology.
