Ulquiorra is also the only espada that dies like a hollow, slowly turning to dust like a purified hollow would, his full resurreccion is also the purest hollow form of all the espada as well, most akin to his natural hollow form. He also seems to show the most hollow-like emotions, being unaware of most basic emotions and responding very coldly and calculatedly. Some of the things he did and said was not in malice, but in ignorance, it made him great at shit-talking though.

Someone else has probably already said this in the comments but the general consensus is that Ulquiorra is still rank 4 even in that second release. After all he only said Aizen hadn't SEEN that form not that Aizen didn't know about it. And considering Aizen is Aizen it seems unlikely that there was anything he didn't know about the Espada. But take that as you will Im not sure the creator ever spoke on the topic but that seems to be the general consensus in the community

Yeah, it is explained in the additional databooks but never in the manga or the show. Zangetsu's chain is actually connected to his Bankai robe, hence he can "pull" it. You can see how the bandage of his shikai wraps his arm; I guess this is why the sword and the clothing share the power. The skill is even named as "Chain".

I really really really want to see vasto lorde ichigo again...i remember when this episode came out and i as a teen screamed bc of the epic episodes...first crying,then crazy laughter then anger at the "to be continued" .... My Mom came into my room asking me if i have gone crazy....(she always thought animes are for kids until i showed her AoT) Vasto Lorde Ichigo in my opinion is even better than mugetsu...
