I was 9 I would hang on my dads shoulders as he dove down in the water I would let go when we got to 30ft or so head up to boat he would stay down for along time 5 to 6 min . Summer of 1980 this song played a lot

Does anyone remember Camp Half Moon Great Barrington Mass in the summer of 1980. A great summer on Lake Buel with this song playing on the radio.

I was born in the late 80’s but this is the first song I have memory of in my childhood! My mother had a music cassette with this song and this peaceful music reminds me of my first house, summer days in the garden, my sweet mum and it brings me lots of emotions! 💛

This song takes me back to my childhood trip to Branson Missouri, in the 70's.
It has so many different meanings over the years for me, but back in the 70's on that trip with our neighbors in their New Custom Coach Van. It was spectacular with a sound system with incredible speakers just like being at a live performance, just could feel it deeplyin your soul. This song would transport me, still does. I was young belived I was escaping away from my abuse just to have fun. I believed it was about Peter Pan, and I was going to Never NEVERLAND to be with the Lost Boys... to go sailing maybe with Captain Hook? It was a magical place. Silver Dollar City, White Waters Water park first of its kind huge park. All the people the lake of Ozarks, it was truly magical. I had a wonderful time sailing away to tranquility. This song is so special to me. I believe I will be hearing this sailing away to my final destination the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge next to the banquet hall of eternity. With all my loved ones and fur babies waiting for me to arrive to go to the Never ending shows and buffets. NEVERLAND
