How do you get the Mods browser on Xbox

I'm playing the console version on the ps4. I don't have access to mods.

Aww well looks like transport fever 2 is going in the bin since im on ps4 what alot of bollocks this big autumn updates been.

Is this only available on new gen😊

You most probably wont have to pay for any of these. Historically speaking, nearly all mods for the fever series have been completely free.
