With the prediction of the so called alien invasion the 3rd of Nov and the exact time all this nonsense started, it would suggest that, keeping in mind how many social experiments have gone horribly wrong over the years, and how many of them went viral, ending in disaster or success, one can surely compile the given evidence and it would suggest that it is nothing more than that. But People WANT to make it into something else. Following the timeline of events, I am certain, this is the simplest answer. They appear to be various human made drones for the most part but it could be they're trying to gather data on potentially non-human UFO/UAPS seen around military bases, apparently they tend to show up where nuclear weapons are stored or transported.
